Weekly Intuitive Tarot Week of 9/7 - 9/14/2025
Cosmic Tarot
Weekly Intuitive Tarot for 9/7 - 9/14/2025. This week’s reading was done using the Cosmic Tarot, The Wisdom of the Oracle and Spirit of the Animal Oracle.
We start the week off with a total lunar eclipse in the sign of Pisces. While the eclipse will not be visible in the US, we will still feel the effects of it.
The first card up is the Ten of Wands, which is never an easy card, but it denotes and end of a cycle, so while the struggle may feel very real as we start this week, know things will get better. In the Cosmic deck, this card is not a happy card, and we have the taskmaster, Saturn, sitting right at the top of the card. So, one thing that will be important this week is to do what you have to do. Even if you feel exhausted or overburdened, there are certain things that you must face this week and meet those challenges. There is no getting around it. Adulting is being required, but know that you will make it through.
It’s fitting that I said a cycle was being completed and then we have the Wheel of Fortune show up. With the Wheel of fortune the wheel is always turning, closing a door, opening a new one. Lessons abound, but we are moving forward. We are not feeling as sick and overburdened as we did with the Ten of Wands. While we may have had a bit of a hangover from being overwhelmed, we can shake it off and start moving.
The Six of Wands shows that there are opportunities being presented. The question is, are you going to ignore them or are you going to review and see what works? While things are presented, we can’t always take on everything. Not just because of lack of time, or the potential of burnout, but because sometimes those opportunities aren’t for our highest good. So look at what is being presented and ask, is it really right for me or am I just going from one frying pan to another?
Temperance, which is resting on top of the Ten of Wands and the Wheel of Fortune. While our patients may truly suck, we can’t give up hope, and we have to try to stay balanced in our head and in our heart. While the truth is none of us like waiting, sometimes it is what is required of us. When we don’t have patients, then our emotions can be wasted on sadness or anger. We have to embrace the lesson instead of rushing into instant gratification. We have to stand and stretch as we free ourselves from the feeling of being overburdened and know the old chapter is closing so we can begin again.
The Emperor in the Cosmic deck isn’t as brutal or angry as the Emperor is portrayed in some other decks. No, he seems to be a man of great analytical ability and one who thinks before he acts. Resting on top of the Wheel of Fortune and the 6 of Wands, it is telling us to think and weigh our options before we dive in. Make sure the timing is good for us so we can find success and the best possible outcome.
The Two of Swords is next, and in most decks the woman is blindfolded. In the Cosmic, she is sitting with her toe touching the water and her cat next to her. She is a woman of contemplation. A full moon is above with two birds in flight. She is reflective as the Emperor and Temperance asked. A woman at peace but preparing to take her next big move. There is a boat off in the distance, and she knows that where she is now is not where she will be forever. So, allow yourself time to reflect this week and know that what you are going through is just a stop on life’s journey and not a permanent place.
On top of the 2 of Swords, we have the King of Wands with Sean Connery’s likeness emboldened. He is generous and kind and all about love and romance. Come on, he’s holding a wand after all. Lol. Seriously, though, this week, be generous and compassionate with yourself. Sure, they're maybe someone new entering your world who can sweep you off your feet, but be selective and see if they feel right. I’m not saying judge everything they said. I am saying see them for who they are and not all the glitter and fairy dust that create the facade. Looks past that and see the genuine compassion and start off as friends. This is not the time to rush into relationships of any kind blindly. It is a time to get to know someone and see if they are truly genuine.
The last Tarot card is The Star. The star is a wish card. After all, we wish upon a star hoping our dreams come true. But also know that others are watching you. They want to see what you’re made of and how you can handle things. Are you the real deal or are you just a persona? This week, keep your emotions in check and be genuine. You’ve been on a long journey, and as things shift, you need to know that you are your own star and no wish is required. Be you and be authentic.
When we look at the Wisdom of the Oracle, we have Between Worlds. Don’t be surprised if you feel like friends and loved ones from the other side are connecting more. They are always there with you; it’s just sometimes we are more aware of their presence. So this week if you feel them, don’t be scared, acknowledge them and ask what message they are interested in providing.
The last two cards flew out while I was shuffling, and I think they truly fit with the rest of the reading. From the Spirit of the Animal Oracle, we have the Sandpiper Spirit and the Stag Spirit.
The Sandpiper is asking us to be playful, which with all the heaviness of the cards we always have to try to keep a light heart and thoughts to keep us balanced. The Stag is telling us to take the lead. We need to take the lead to accomplish what we must do this week and to close out the chapter that no longer serves us, and to forge ahead.
While this week may feel heavy, know that you can make it through. While things may feel at times like climbing a mountain with little to no help, know you are all most at the top and if not the top a plateau that will allow you to rest and reflect on the journey, what you’ve learned and who is coming with you.
Hang in there, and until next weekend, have a great week.
